Kirsten's journey in the natural products industry began in high school, where she started a business selling homemade organic whole wheat bread. After working at New Pioneer Co-op, Iowa City, she joined Whole Foods Market in Austin, TX. Rising through the ranks to become a buyer and Team Leader, Kirsten was intrigued with the other side of sales and accepted a position with a natural products brokerage.  

She played a pivotal role in developing nutrition and body care divisions for 2 other companies in the southwest region, but found she wanted more autonomy to make her own decisions, so in 2008 she started her own natural products brokerage dedicated to supplement, body care and lifestyles categories.  Kirsten loves to strategize, to create and customize a plan specifically in-tune with a brands' needs and vision.

Kirsten's leadership shines in her tight-knit field team at TSB, fostering loyalty and dedication. Beyond work, she' still goes back to her musical roots of piano and voice, searches for rarities in the local antique stores, spends time with her pets, and of course, her 2 grown children.

Carol brings over 9 years of dedicated service to TSB, where she has played a vital role in representing and fostering the growth of reputable wellness brands. With a robust background spanning 24 years in the Natural Health Industry, she has excelled from store-level sales to managing vitamin departments in various health retail outlets.

Her academic focus on Nutritional Health underscores her dedication to continuous learning. Carol is recognized for her goal-driven approach, reliability, and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. She has a proven track record of building impactful client relationships. Lastly, she is deeply devoted to the growth and success of her team, showcasing her dedication to collaborative achievement.

Elaine's journey began in dietetics and surgical technology, offering a firsthand look at the impact of poor lifestyles on patients. Her passion for alternative health practices led to five years in a health food store and later managing a demo team across four states. Since 2014, she's been a brand ambassador for True Source Brokers and, from 2020, the Territory Manager for over fifty chain accounts including Whole Foods, Sprouts,  and Natural Grocers in Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

In her role, Elaine connects with stores, providing education and driving sales. Committed and reliable, she keeps a pulse on store happenings. Beyond work, she enjoys travel, audiobooks, exercise classes (except yoga), and dog training.  

Jessica has been with Kirsten and True Source Brokers since 2013, managing OK, AR, and KS. Prior to her time at True Source, she worked in health food stores. Jessica has always had a passion for natural products and lives a holistic lifestyle. She is certified in Reiki and has studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, and Naturopathic Medicine.

When she's not in the field, Jessica spends her time with her children, teaching them how to live a natural lifestyle. She owns a honey bee farm and loves engaging in organic regenerative agriculture.

Kelly has over 10 years of experience in the natural products Industry. She began her sales journey in 2010 at the Central Market healthy living department In Austin, TX. In 2011 she launched her demo company which covered Central Texas. In addition, she worked as a sales representative in the natural products industry covering central Texas. When she relocated to Houston, she became the Houston Territory Manager for True Source Brokers. In 2019 she went in to real estate sales and is happy to have rejoined the True Source Brokers family again!

In her spare time, Kelly loves spending time with her family, and  writes her own songs to perform on her guitar at local music venues.

Kitty, with vitamins figuratively and literally in her blood, has dedicated the past 30 years to the industry. Her journey includes management roles at Ocean Beach People's Organic Coop, serving as the Vitamin and Body Care buyer for Whole Foods Market, and owning her own Demo and Education company for the past 9 years.

Passionate about the health and nutrition of both our bodies and the world we live in, Kitty brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the well-being of individuals and the planet.

Meet Kylee Lewis, originally from North Texas. She pursued her education in Dietetics and Business Management at Collin College and the University of Arkansas. With over ten years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Kylee honed her skills at a thriving independent vitamin and supplement shop in Frisco, TX, where she served as a buyer in the last few years.

Since January 2023, Kylee has had the privilege of being part of the True Source Brokers team. Her journey has been fulfilling, and she looks forward to continuing to contribute to the success of both clients and the outstanding brands True Source Brokers represents.

Sally Rodriguez, Territory Manager for Austin, San Antonio, and nearby areas, is an accomplished customer sales manager contributing to the exciting health and wellness industry. Sally attended Austin Community College, where she gained a foundation in business. 

With over two decades of experience, including roles at Whole Foods and other natural stores in Austin, Sally values building strong relationships with her accounts. Beyond work, her passion for the outdoors and gardening keeps her busy.
